• Delivery address and order notes needed to fulfil an order.

Why we use it

We use this information to process orders, confirm payment, prepare and deliver products, send tracking and service messages, answer support requests, issue invoices, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not receive or store your full card details through this website; payment is handled by PayFast.

Who receives it

Information is shared only as needed with PayFast for payment processing, Bob Go for delivery, service providers who help operate the website or email, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

We retain records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including accounting, legal, dispute and support records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm, access or correct personal information we hold about you, object to certain processing, or request deletion where we are no longer authorised or required to retain it. Email support@sweetsociety.co.za with enough information for us to identify the request. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your privacy rights have been infringed.

Marketing and cookies
